Privacy policy

This page describes the data processed during your visit to lisboacard.fr and the rights you have over it. The data controller is Adventures Capital LLC, who you can reach by writing to us.

What we do not collect

This site has no accounts, no forms, no newsletter and no comments. We never ask for your name, your email address or your payment details. Buying the Lisboa Card happens entirely on our ticketing partner's website.

Audience measurement

We use Plausible Analytics, an analytics tool hosted in the European Union that sets no cookies and collects no data that could identify you. The aggregated figures — page views, country, device type, referring site — are used solely to understand how the site is being read.

Google Tag Manager and Google Ads

The site loads Google Tag Manager, which fires the Google Ads conversion tracking tags. These tools set cookies and use identifiers that let Google measure how effective our advertising campaigns are. The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited under its privacy policy. These tags load as soon as the page opens. You can object by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, or by turning off ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com.

Ticketing: Tiqets

The purchase buttons lead to Tiqets. The link carries a partner identifier and a campaign identifier, which allow the platform to credit us with the commission; they contain no data about you. Once on their site, your data is handled under the Tiqets privacy policy.

Accommodation links: Stay22

Every page loads a script provided by Stay22, which turns links to hotels and other accommodation into affiliate booking links. Because that script is fetched from Stay22's servers, they receive technical data about your visit: IP address, browser and the page being viewed. Stay22 describes this processing in its own privacy policy.

Server logs

Like any website, our host records technical logs — IP address, page requested, date and time, browser — needed for security and for the service to run properly. They are kept for a limited time and are never used commercially.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to us. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
